To whom it may concern,

I moved to the Tampa area (actually @ 30 miles North) from the Rochester NY area last year and was informed from a reliable source back home to have my Saab serviced by the Saab Store in Tampa if I ever needed service.

I took their advice and had some general maintenance and repairs done to my wife's 2002 Saab convertible a few days ago. I have to say, that from the time I entered the shop to the time I left I had good vibes and was very impressed.

The personnel I dealt with were courteous, helpful and professional. They definitely know about Saabs. They run a fair and honest establishment. My car was completed on time and to my satisfaction.

I was quite surprised when I picked up my car to find it nowhere in sight. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. I thought this was a bit strange considering that I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. I wasn't aware that it was being cleaned “inside and out” in another area that was out of sight. Wow, nice touch guys.

I would highly recommend that anyone who needs “quality service” on a Saab or any other import visit the Saab Store on West Osbourne, Tampa, FL. You won't be disappointed.

I'll be back!
